Prior to going live, you need to ensure that you meet security and performance standards and that you have verified that your project works properly in end user devices. You should have analytics set up and you should have established your key performance indicators.
You will need an operational plan and to define your operational team, which is likely a subset of your project team. You will also need to have a content lifecycle plan to ensure that your project stays accurate and effective.
