We use Responsive Web Design to ensure that visitors on almost any size of screen will get an optimized view of our content. However, the variety of devices and browser software sometimes seems to grow infinitely, meaning that we need to have test and support plans in place to ensure that we are not excluding visitors from content due to a technical glitch.
